The four moments

One space for everything your organisation says.

Not four pieces of software. Four moments of the same collective life, with the same participants, the same entry code and the same attestation.

●Free up to 50 participants. No credit card.

Pulse Engage

The meeting where everyone answers.

The assembly, the conference, the team meeting: a code on screen, everyone answers on their phone, the wall shows the result live.

Discover Pulse →
What you do here
  • A show of hands, a word cloud, a ranking, live.
  • Questions from the room, anonymous or signed, moderated before they go on screen.
  • The motions of an assembly, voted by name, with attestation.
A real example

A general assembly of 120 members. The annual report is presented, the room asks its questions from their phones, the board answers them in the order of the votes. Three motions are voted by show of hands. The sealed attestation go out the same evening.

Running a session is free up to 50 people. The sealed attestation, with its log and verification code, is paid for. The price does not depend on the module: only on the size of the session.

Academy Learn

The quiz that entertains, the one that reassures, the one that attests.

Three characters for the same session: the game with a podium, practice without ranking, the exam with attendance record and attendance certificate.

What you do here
  • A quiz in class or in training, with podium, sounds and live ranking.
  • A supportive assessment: everyone sees their progress, nobody is ranked.
  • A formal assessment: identity checked, grading sealed by the server, attendance certificate verifiable by code.
A real example

A safety refresher for 18 employees. The trainer opens the session, everyone enters with the code and answers 20 questions. At the end, 18 attendance certificates each carry a code: the auditor verifies them with no account.

The game and practice are free up to 50 people. The attestation is paid for: it contains the attendance record, and each participant receives an attendance certificate.

Network Consult

Between two meetings, the conversation goes on.

Consult members, residents, staff: one published question, answers coming in over time, no meeting to organise.

What you do here
  • An opinion, a yes or no, a top 3, a slider, open for several days.
  • Free text or an idea box, moderated, with the organisation's answer.
  • A consultation or a participatory budget, with attestation sealed at closing.
A real example

A neighbourhood participatory budget. The council publishes five projects; for two weeks, residents rank their three favourites from the app. At closing, the sealed attestation gives the breakdown and the town hall's reply, verifiable by code.

Consulting is free up to 50 people. The sealed attestation of the consultation is paid for.

Vote Decide

The vote that binds, and that can be checked.

One voice per person, a ballot box separated from the attendance sheet, a sealed record that anyone can verify by code.

Discover Vote →
What you do here
  • Class representatives, without an account, with printed codes.
  • The assembly of an association, a cooperative, a council: board, motions, second round.
  • A remote vote by personal link, with a second channel for the reinforced vote.
A real example

The election of an association's board, remotely. 240 members receive a personal link by email. The opening and closing seals, the log and the result go into the record. Its code appears on the notice for the next assembly.

Up to 50 voters, the ballot is free, with the results on screen. The minutes are paid for. The reinforced vote, on quote, adds the second channel, the individual receipt and the transparency file. Works council (CSE) elections are not provided.
