Frequently asked questions
- One month, or the year?
- A session now and then: Animer for one month, €4.90, paid once, that stops by itself. Every month: the year, for the price of ten months. Rassembler and Mobiliser come monthly, no commitment, or yearly.
- What happens with the 51st person?
- On the free plan the 51st phone cannot get in: the wall says “room full”. You know before you start, never mid-session. The way out is the plan of the right size: Rassembler up to 300, Mobiliser up to 1,000.
- Where is the data?
- On Google Cloud. The database and the files are stored in Europe (Belgium and the Netherlands). Some of the mobile app's functions still run in the United States: data passes through there for the time of processing. AI writing assistance sends the content of your questions to Gemini, never the individual answers of a survey. On the free plan, game data is erased after 30 days; the attestation is kept.
- What is an ekko attestation worth?
- That it has not changed since it was sealed. The document is reduced to a canonical form and sealed (HMAC-SHA256); it carries a short code anyone can type at /verifier/<code>, without an account, to read what was sealed and when. The operations log and the attendance sheet come with it.
- Do you run works council (CSE) elections?
- No. They require a level of assurance we do not provide. We cover a works council's consultations, not its election.
