The vote that commits.
One voice per person, a ballot box nobody can read, a sealed report that anyone can verify by code. In the room or at a distance.
●Free up to 50 voters. With minutes: from €4.90 for the month.
Five decisions an organisation has to take, and put on record.
Electing a board
One or several seats, secret ballot, second round and tie-break if the bylaws require it.
Assembly motions
For, against, abstain, resolution by resolution, the result on the room's screen.
Class representatives
Two elected and their deputies, absolute then relative majority, codes handed out in person.
FreeConsultation or referendum
Open for several days, remote voters by personal link, turnout threshold.
Jury or ranking
Majority judgment or Condorcet, when you need to rank rather than pick.
No account. With what proves it is you.
The personal code
Printed on a sheet, handed over in person. That is the classroom, the hall, the meeting where everyone is present.
All ballotsThe personal link
Emailed to each registered voter, single use, with a reminder to those who have not voted. That is remote voting.
All ballotsThe second channel
On top of the link, a ballot code delivered another way: spoken, by post, by your own SMS. Nobody votes with an email alone.
Reinforced, on quoteSix things you can check, not just believe.
One voice per person
Sign-in happens in a single operation: a second ballot is refused.
With minutesAn unreadable ballot box
The ballot shares no field with the sign-in. Nobody, not even us, links a vote to a name.
With minutesSeals
At opening and at closing, an HMAC-SHA256 fingerprint of the canonical content. Anything changed afterwards shows.
With minutesA log
Opening, closing, count, second round, tie-break, announcement: one line per action, by whom, when.
With minutesA verifiable report
It carries a code. Anyone types it at ekkonetwork.eu/verifier and sees the sealed document, without an account.
With minutesA transparency file
Counting methods, fingerprints, exported log: enough to hand an independent review to whoever you choose.
Reinforced, on quoteElecting an association's chair, at a distance.
A federation of 142 members across three regions. Two candidates. One week of voting.
The secretary pastes the 142 addresses, chooses the reinforced vote and sets closing for Sunday 8 pm. Each member receives a personal link.
The ballot code is read out on the video call and posted to those who were absent. The link alone is not enough.
One click reminds the 41 members who have not signed in yet. Nobody sees the results before closing, not even the board.
Closing, count, sealed report. The candidate who was not elected types the code and reads the same document as everyone else.
Reinforced vote, with second channel: contact us. Without second channel: Rassembler, €49.90 a month, up to 300 voters.
Those who have to hold a vote, and keep its minutes.
Workplace elections
Electing a works council requires list voting, colleges, end-to-end encryption and an external review. We do not provide it. A works council finds its meetings and consultations with us, not its election.
Co-owned buildings
Voting weighted by ownership shares, capped proxies and notification of dissenting owners are not there yet. We will not sell it before they are.
